The goals and current achievements

To document the strategic goals that an assistant professor at the University of Vienna might have and to highlight the special talents, interests and capabilities of Dr. Faribors Ronaghi the DKE group has implemented a personal balanced scorecard for Dr. Ronaghi. It follows the well known approach by Robert Kaplan and David Norton, on the basis of the Balanced Scorecard implementation used in the commerical software toolkit ADOscore by BOC GmbH.

For all people not so familiar with the balanced scorecard approach please either contact Dr. Ronaghi himself who has proven his knowledge on this subject extensively in his PhD thesis. He will be delighted to give you a basic introduction to this subject as well as comprehensive elaborations (seminar prices are expected to start from EUR 350.- / hour of lecture).
